And You Thought Your Family Was F@&KEd Up: Developing Compelling Characters From Real Life

Have you always wanted to write about your kooky Uncle with the passion for naked parachuting? Or your friend who routinely gets pick pocketed on blind dates? In this class, we’ll help you mine your life for a compelling cast of characters, and then we’ll change the names to protect the innocent and the guilty. We’ll show you how to develop three-dimensional characters who have specific quirks, contradictions, and complexity. We’ll help you discover what makes them tick and how they walk through the world.
